Returns & Exchanges

Every DMT piece is made to order in a small run, so we don't offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns. We'd rather get you in the right fit, so exchanges and store credit are easy.

Before your run fills

Change your size or cancel any time before your run reaches 50, free. Nothing has been charged yet. Do it from your account or email us.

Exchanges

Within 30 days of delivery, exchange an unworn, unwashed piece with its tags for another size or color of the same style. Request it from your account or email us with your order number. We'll email a prepaid return label. Your new piece ships as soon as it's available, from stock if we have it, or from the next run of that color.

Store credit

Prefer something else? Return an unworn piece with its tags within 30 days of delivery for DMT store credit at the full price you paid for the item. Credit applies automatically to your future pre-orders or in-stock pieces.

Final sale

Custom-hemmed jeans are cut to the inseam you chose and can't be exchanged or returned for credit.

Defective, damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it, or refund you if we can't, and we'll cover shipping. This applies to custom-hemmed pieces too.
