Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Design Motion Texture ("DMT") collects when you shop at designmotiontexture.com, how we use it, and your choices. We keep it simple: we collect what we need to make and ship your order, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Contact and shipping details: your name, email and shipping address.
• Order details: what you pre-ordered, sizes, custom hem inseam, promo codes, and order and payment status.
• Payment: your card is entered directly into Stripe's secure form. DMT never sees or stores your full card number. We keep only the card brand, the last four digits and a Stripe reference, so we can charge the card when your run fills.
• Authorization record: when you agree to be charged later, we record the time, the terms you agreed to, your IP address and your browser type. Card networks require this.
• Email list: your email, if you join our list from the site or check the box at checkout.

Cookies and storage

We use one secure sign-in cookie when you sign in to your account. Your browser's local storage holds your cart and a copy of your recent orders on that device. Stripe sets its own cookies on checkout pages to prevent fraud. We don't use advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use this information to take and track your pre-order, charge your card when your run fills, calculate sales tax, ship your order, handle exchanges and store credit, and email you about your order. We only send news about drops if you opted in, and every such email lets you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We share it only with the services that help us run the store: Stripe (payments and sales-tax calculation), our email and web host IONOS, and shipping carriers (your name and address, to deliver your order). We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We don't sell or rent your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records as long as needed for tax and accounting, generally seven years. Sign-in links expire after 20 minutes and are deleted within a day. Signed-in sessions last up to 60 days.

Your choices

Email support@designmotiontexture.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to leave our email list. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records we're legally required to keep.

Security and children

The site uses HTTPS throughout, and payments are handled by Stripe, which meets the card industry's security standard (PCI). The store isn't intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let customers know by email.
