We collect your card at checkout, but nothing is charged until your color's run of 50 fills and goes to production. Change your mind any time before then and it's cancelled at no cost, no questions asked.
Every color is built in runs of 50 — sizes mix freely inside a run. Order #50 locks it: cards are charged and the purchase order goes out. Order #51 automatically opens the next run. If a run hasn't filled 60 days after it opens, its pre-orders are cancelled and nothing is charged.
Once the run locks, your piece goes into production — cut to spec for the exact count pre-ordered, not pulled off a shelf. Because every piece is made to order, there are no cash refunds — but within 30 days of delivery you can exchange for another size or color, or return unworn pieces for DMT store credit.
